Position Overview

As a Strategic Project Manager, you will be a key driver of organisational growth and success. Reporting directly to the Head of the General Management Office, you will lead high-impact initiatives that align with our strategic objectives. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Design and implement project strategies that support organisational goals and long-term growth.
  • Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor market conditions and competitive landscape to uncover new business prospects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Gather requirements, align expectations, and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project status, performance metrics, and emerging opportunities.
  • Regulatory Coordination: Liaise with authorities to ensure compliance and achievement of business objectives.
  • Special Initiatives: Lead and contribute to ad-hoc strategic projects as required.
  • Budget Management: Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 2-7 years of experience in project management or a related role.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects successfully.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
