Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms.
- Drive research initiatives and translate novel ideas into production-ready systems.
- Work on large-scale prediction, ranking, recommendation, and language understanding problems.
- Collaborate closely with researchers, software engineers, and product teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
- Stay at the forefront of advances in machine learning and contribute to the team's technical excellence.
- Mentor and support other engineers while helping shape technical direction and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong industry or research experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience building and deploying machine learning systems in production.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with modern ML frameworks.
- Deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals, optimization, probability, and statistical modeling.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex, open-ended challenges.
