Senior Associate - Asset Management (UK Real Estate)
Key Responsibilities
Asset Management & Value Creation
- Execute asset-level business plans to drive NOI growth and long-term value.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate operations, leasing, and marketing performance.
- Monitor market conditions to influence pricing strategies and occupancy.
- Review operator performance, identify trends, and create forward-looking plans.
Financial Analysis
- Build detailed financial models, valuations, and pro-forma cash flows.
- Translate financial performance into operational drivers.
- Partner with Capital Projects on value-add initiatives.
Strategic Collaboration & Presentation
- Develop and present annual business plans and budgets to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Investments, FP&A, Operations, and Analytics teams.

- You have delivered measurable NOI growth, not just monitored performance.
- You can manage multiple assets at scale and challenge conventional approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial real estate, healthcare investing, lending, or investment banking.
- Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid UK driving license required.
