Scrum Master
I'm partnering with a growing financial services organization in the investment sector. As the company continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced Dutch-speaking Scrum Master to support multiple data-focused teams and help further strengthen their Agile way of working.
The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience as a Scrum Master and is confident supporting multiple teams at the same time.
Please note: fluent Dutch is a requirement for this role!
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience supporting multiple teams simultaneously
- Fluent Dutch, both written and spoken
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to facilitate collaboration and support teams in working effectively
- A structured and proactive approach to working with teams and stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience working with Data Engineering or Data Science teams
- Experience working in a data-focused or technical environment
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Previous background or experience within financial services
- Experience working with different stakeholders and supporting Agile ways of working
