The Role
They are seeking a Sales Enablement Associate to support and optimize the systems, processes, and workflows that drive sales performance and advisor engagement. This role will play a critical part in maintaining operational accuracy, improving efficiency, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for advisors.
This is a hands-on position requiring strong attention to detail, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor CRM data accuracy, including data cleanup, imports, and system updates
- Develop and deliver reporting and dashboards to support sales leadership and decision-making
- Support commission tracking and reconciliation processes with a high degree of accuracy
- Build and manage workflows related to sales expenses, including tracking budgets and attributing costs to events and initiatives
- Execute outbound communication programs, including email and direct mail campaigns, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate vendor relationships and oversee execution for marketing and outreach initiatives
- Contribute to the onboarding and ongoing experience of advisor clients, including key touchpoints and engagement strategies
- Establish and maintain quality control standards across outreach and sales operations activities
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance team performance and scalability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred); additional tools are a plus
- Strong experience with reporting, data management, and workflow optimization
- Proven ability to manage multiple processes with precision and accountability
- Experience within financial services, asset management, or advisor-focused businesses is highly desirable
