Selby Jennings is currently engaged with a Global Mega Fund looking for candidates to join their Summer, 2026 class. This group focuses on Healthcare Technology, and is interested in speaking with candidates as they begin their recruiting process.

Ideal candidates have 2 experience of experience as an Investment Banking Analyst in Healthtech M&A, coming from Coverage or M&A groups from Middle Market, Bulge Bracket, or Elite Boutique backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of buyout transactions in healthcare technology.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to assess investment opportunities.
  • Participate in due diligence processes including commercial, financial, legal, and operational reviews.
  • Prepare investment memoranda and present findings to the investment committee.
  • Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and assist in exit planning and execution.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development, preferably with exposure to healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare delivery systems, SaaS models, digital health, or health IT is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred but not required.
