Private Equity Associate Role Overview
The incoming Private Equity Associate will support deal sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio management within a lean and collaborative investment team. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and a strong long‑term development path within a growing Nashville‑based platform.
Private Equity Associate Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of investment banking and/or management consulting, experience.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills expected of a top‑tier Private Equity Associate.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced setting.
Private Equity Associate Responsibilities
- Conduct research, market analysis, and financial modeling to support the investment process for the private equity associate function.
