Private Credit Investor Relations
An established alternative investment manager is seeking an Investor Relations professional to join its internal team and support day‑to‑day investor engagement, reporting, and marketing coordination. This role is well‑suited to someone with several years of experience who is comfortable operating across investor communications, fund maintenance, and internal coordination.
The position works closely with senior leadership and external partners to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent information flow to existing and prospective investors.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Communications & Reporting
- Act as a central point of contact for routine investor queries and information requests
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of periodic reporting and fund updates
- Support formal due diligence processes, including completion of questionnaires and responses to follow‑up requests
- Maintain accurate records of investor interactions, documentation, and correspondence
Fund & Data Maintenance
- Help ensure ongoing accuracy of investor data, fund materials, and reference documents
- Assist with the upkeep of internal systems used for tracking investors, communications, and reporting obligations
- Support operational aspects of investor servicing, including documentation and workflow coordination
Marketing & External Interaction
- Work with internal stakeholders to update presentation materials, factsheets, and other marketing content
- Liaise with third‑party partners such as placement agents, capital introduction teams, and service providers
- Assist with preparation for meetings, conferences, and one‑on‑one investor interactions
Cross‑Team Collaboration
- Partner with investment, operations, and compliance colleagues to gather and validate information
- Contribute to ad hoc projects related to fundraising, investor engagement, or internal process improvement
- Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, presentation quality, and consistency in IR workflows
Experience & Profile
- Typically 5-6+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, marketing, or client‑facing roles within asset management or related financial services
- Strong organisational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication style
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion and sound judgement
- Proficiency in common productivity tools (presentations, spreadsheets, written materials) and investor databases
- Interest in financial markets and investment strategies, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
