A rapidly growing professional services firm is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Performance Improvement to lead high-impact initiatives across cost optimization, revenue growth, and post-merger integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on cost reduction, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement revenue growth strategies, including pricing optimization, service innovation, and customer experience enhancements.
- Manage post-merger integration efforts, aligning systems, processes, and teams to maximize value realization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and execute strategic opportunities.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track initiative success and ensure accountability.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and project managers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in performance improvement, value creation, strategy & transactions, or related fields.
- Proven success in driving cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and post-merger integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Experience in professional services or a related industry is preferred.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
