Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing M&A and late-stage capital raising transactions.
- Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and industry research.
- Prepare pitch materials, client presentations, and deal documentation.
- Collaborate closely with senior team members throughout deal processes.
Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Genuine interest in technology and gaming sectors.
- Background in M&A, leveraged finance, or related areas is welcome.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Vietnamese language is required due to regional client coverage.
