◆About the Role
A global investment firm specializing in nature-based assets is hiring for a newly created Fund Accounting Manager position in its Singapore office!
You'll be part of a lean and dynamic team, working closely with colleagues the US, Australia, etc.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, cross-border collaboration, and contributing to sustainable finance.
◆Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for funds, investors, and board meetings
Oversee the work of external fund administrators and tax agents
Support the investment team during asset acquisitions and disposals
Drive process improvements and standardization within the finance team
Manage annual financial statements and audit processes, including technical accounting documentation
Lead budgeting and forecasting for fund entities
Handle month-end closing, treasury, and tax matters
Report to external investors and boards
Collaborate with property managers to ensure accurate asset-level reporting
Conduct financial analysis for internal and external stakeholders
Work on special projects such as new reports, acquisitions, and automation initiatives
◆Requirements
CA or CPA qualification
Knowledge and experience with Japanese GAAP (JGAAP)
Japanese language skills (fluency not required, but ability to communicate is essential)
Background in private equity or real assets is a plus
Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset

Hybrid work model (2-3 days in office per week at CBD)
