Salary: $70,000-$80,000
Company Summary: Our client is a leading private investment firm based in Boston, with over $200B in assets under management across private equity, credit, public equity, and real estate. They are seeking to hire an Investor Relations Marketing Associate to support the Investor Relations team.
The Investor Relations Marketing Associate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating communications to current and prospective investors, including fund announcements, updates, and marketing campaigns
- Managing event logistics, webinars, annual investor meetings, and LP advisory board meetings
- Managing investor data, contact records, and distribution lists with CRM and event management systems
- Assisting with investor materials preparation and special projects
The Investor Relations Marketing Associate should have the following qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, client service, marketing or operations role, preferably within financial services
- Experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, or event management platforms
- Strong proficiency in Excel (large datasets, pivot tables)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and organized, able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter with strong project management skills
