A leading middle-market investment bank is seeking a Vice President to join its expanding Healthcare Investment Banking team. The group advises clients across a broad range of healthcare sectors and is actively involved in M&A, recapitalizations, and strategic advisory engagements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution of M&A and strategic advisory engagements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout live transactions
- Manage financial analyses, valuation work, and transaction materials
- Oversee analysts and associates while ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Coordinate due diligence, marketing processes, and investor communications
- Support senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Assist in business development initiatives and pitch presentations
Preferred Background
- 5+ years of investment banking experience
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors:
- Healthcare IT (HCIT)
- Healthcare Services
- Digital Health
- Healthcare Software
- Provider Services
- Physician Practice Management
- Revenue Cycle Management
- Pharma Services
- MedTech
- Demonstrated M&A execution experience, particularly sell-side transactions
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and client management skills
