About the Investment Banking Vice President Role:
We are partnered with a leading Investment Bank seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Vice President to join their growing Healthcare platform. This fully remote role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and a passion for the healthcare sector. You'll support deal execution, strategic advisory engagements, and market research across a wide range of healthcare subsectors.
The Investment Banking Vice President will be responsible for:
- Lead the day-to-day execution of M&A
- Review and refine complex financial models
- Client relationship management
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate analysts and associates
- Business Development and Pitching
- Process Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in Investment Banking
- Strong M&A experience
- Experience managing and mentoring
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with distributed teams.
