The firm operates at the intersection of M&A and capital markets, with a strong emphasis on cross‑border transactions in the $50-$500M+ middle‑market.
They are looking for a Technology Investment Banking Analyst to join their San Francisco office and play a central role in transaction execution and client engagement, working closely with senior bankers on active mandates.
This is a hands‑on role suited for candidates who want meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure, and a clear path to long‑term growth within a global platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of M&A and capital markets transactions across technology verticals
- Perform financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and marketing materials
- Coordinate transaction processes across internal and cross‑border deal teams
- Support senior bankers in business development, pitching, and relationship building
- Drive transaction processes from origination through closing
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of investment banking experience, preferably within technology
- Strong execution experience in M&A; capital markets exposure a plus
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced deal environment
- Deep understanding of software, internet, fintech, or consumer technology business models
- Experience working with founders, management teams, and financial sponsors
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree required
