An established global investment bank is seeking a high-calibre Senior Analyst to join its growing Benelux Investment Banking team in Amsterdam. The team operates in a lean, execution-focused environment, providing analysts with significant responsibility, client exposure, and direct involvement across the full deal lifecycle.

The Role

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in originating and executing strategic advisory assignments for corporate and private equity clients across the Benelux market. Responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining complex financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
• Supporting live M&A, capital markets, and broader strategic advisory mandates.
• Preparing client presentations, pitch books, and board materials.
• Conducting industry, company, and market research.
• Coordinating due diligence processes and managing workstreams across transactions.
• Working closely with senior bankers and clients on strategic initiatives.
• Mentoring and supporting junior analysts and interns.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate is likely to possess:

• 2 to 4 years of investment banking experience from a leading international bank or top-tier advisory boutique.
• Strong M&A execution experience and financial modelling capabilities.
• Exposure to a high transaction volume with meaningful deal responsibility.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated interest in developing within a growing and ambitious advisory platform.
• Sector experience in M&A, Industrials, Consumer, FIG, Infrastructure, or other coverage groups will be considered. Infrastructure and FIG candidates with strong technical training are also of interest.
