Job Summary:
The firm is seeking a professional with 3-8 years of investment banking experience to join its team, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on M&A transactions in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors. The role requires exceptional technical skills, proven deal execution capabilities, and hands-on financial modeling experience. Successful hires will join a high-performing, collaborative environment focused on complex, high-impact transactions. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior team members on a range of assignments, including business development, capital raising (equity and debt), M&A transactions, and other strategic advisory engagements
- Prepare high-quality deliverables such as pitch books, information memorandums, management presentations, and financial models
- Perform financial analysis, valuation work, and oversee modeling efforts while supporting due diligence processes
- Review and guide the work of junior team members, ensuring accuracy, structure, and clear prioritization
- Engage directly with client executive teams, playing a central role in deal execution, process management, and due diligence coordination
- Support outreach efforts during marketing phases, including direct interactions with private equity firms, lenders, and strategic acquirers
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in M&A advisory or investment banking, ideally with prior Analyst and/or Associate-level experience
- Strong analytical and accounting skills, with an advanced understanding of financial modeling and valuation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- FINRA Series 79 or Series 7 license preferred
