We're partnered with an Elite Boutique investment bank that's hiring Associates (1st-3rd year) in NYC across Generalist M&A, Healthcare Technology, Industrials, and FinTech coverage. This is a highly collaborative platform known for deep sector expertise, marquee deal exposure, and a clear path to VP.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution on live M&A transactions - modeling, valuation, and diligence
- Prepare pitch materials, CIMs, and management presentations
- Manage buyer/investor outreach and client communication
- Mentor and review Analyst work product
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of IB experience (Analyst promote or lateral Associate); MBAs also considered
- Strong M&A modeling and valuation skills
- Sector experience in Healthcare Tech, Industrials, or FinTech a plus (not required for generalist track)
- Strong communication and client management skills
