Investment Banking Analyst & Associate - Tech-Enabled Services | New York, NY
A leading investment bank is expanding its Tech-Enabled Services coverage in New York and is hiring Analysts and Associates to join a newly built-out team led by a recently hired Managing Director and Director. This is a rare chance to help shape a new group from the ground up, with direct exposure to senior leadership from day one.
About the Role
- Focus on large-cap sell-side M&A across the Tech-Enabled Services space
- Play a hands-on role in live transactions, from pitching and marketing through diligence and closing
- Work directly with the MD and Director on a lean team, with real responsibility and visibility
- Build and refine financial models, valuation analyses, and client-ready materials
- Prepare CIMs, management presentations, buyer lists, and process documents
- Support new business development efforts, including pitch materials and market mapping
What You Bring
- 2-6 years of direct investment banking experience at a quality firm
- Significant M&A deal experience, with a track record on sell-side processes
- Experience in IT services, tech-enabled services, or a related sector is strongly preferred
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative, detail-oriented approach and the drive to take on more responsibility
