This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative investment team where Associates are given meaningful responsibility from day one. The role offers exposure to the entire investment lifecycle, including sourcing, underwriting, transaction execution, portfolio management, and value creation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate prospective investment opportunities through detailed financial analysis, market research, and business diligence.
- Build financial models, valuation analyses, and investment return scenarios.
- Conduct industry research and develop investment theses within attractive growth sectors.
- Support all aspects of transaction execution, including due diligence, management meetings, and investment committee materials.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and assist management teams with strategic initiatives.
- Develop relationships with founders, executives, advisors, and industry participants.
- Track market trends and identify emerging investment opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, corporate development, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate businesses and investment opportunities critically.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and entrepreneurial mindset.
