Title: International Tax Associate / Senior Associate
Location: Greenwich, Connecticut (Hybrid - 1 day per week in office)
Compensation: $115,000-$140,000 base salary
Overview
A leading technology firm headquartered in Greenwich, CT is seeking an International Tax Associate / Senior Associate to join its growing tax team. This is an opportunity to move into a corporate environment with meaningful exposure to international tax compliance and planning while working closely with senior tax leadership and external advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Support U.S. international tax compliance and reporting, including coordination of Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, and related disclosures
- Assist with international tax provisions as part of the quarterly and annual tax process
- Support calculations and analysis related to GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, BEAT, and foreign tax credits (as applicable)
- Coordinate with external advisors on transfer pricing documentation and international filings
- Assist with tax planning initiatives related to global expansion, entity structuring, and intercompany activity
- Partner cross‑functionally with finance, accounting, and legal teams to gather information and support tax initiatives
- Monitor international tax law developments and assess potential impacts to the business
- Support ad hoc international tax projects as the company continues to scale globally
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of international tax experience
- Public accounting background strongly preferred (Big 4 or mid‑tier experience a plus)
- Exposure to U.S. international tax compliance and/or provision work
- Experience supporting multinational entities, preferably within a technology or high‑growth environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
