A fast-growing insurance organization is seeking a Product Development Analyst to join its Product Team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in insurance, product strategy, business analytics, and operations.
No prior insurance experience is required. The role offers significant exposure to business leadership, product development initiatives, and opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Track and monitor business performance metrics
- Prepare recurring weekly and monthly reports
- Coordinate and facilitate internal data review meetings
- Support discussions and projects involving internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze trends and performance data to identify opportunities and risks
- Assist with product development initiatives, enhancements, testing, and implementations

Compensation & Benefits
