You'll join as a founding member of the GTM team, helping bring to market one of the most differentiated financial products in the space: a next‑generation 401(k) platform designed to give employees real investing power, not just incremental choice.
This is an opportunity to step into a company at a pivotal growth stage and play a meaningful role in shaping how the revenue organization is built. As a Growth Associate, you'll sit at the very front of the pipeline, owning early conversations and contributing directly to how demand is generated and qualified. The pace is fast and expectations are high, but the upside is equally strong - including rapid advancement, real ownership, and the chance to sell a product that stands out in an otherwise stagnant market. You'll work closely with a team that values autonomy, accountability, and performance under pressure.
- 1+ year of strong outbound SDR/BDR experience
- A true SaaS seller - quick, ambitious, sharp on the phone
- High-agency operator who thrives without training wheels
- Comfortable learning complex products quickly
- Competitive and energized by a survival‑of‑the‑fittest environment
- Able to grind long, intense hours without losing energy
- Wants a path to AE fast (not "18-24 months" - more like "earn it as quickly as you can")
- Build and manage the top of funnel through high‑volume outbound outreach
- Conduct first calls and early conversations with prospective employer clients
- Book a minimum of 20 qualified meetings per month
- Generate pipeline consistently and with urgency
- Collaborate closely with a lean GTM team of six to eight people
- Adapt quickly to a product that blends fintech, compliance, and investment strategy
- Operate without a formal training program or detailed playbooks
