Responsibilities:
- Lead both the finance & accounting team
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Review consolidated financial results and prepare materials for executive leadership.
- Accounting, treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting.
- Develop tax planning strategies to optimize the Group's tax position including cross-border transactions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Work with leaders in different departments to analyze their financial performance to provide insight and identify cost savings opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions to support the company's financial objectives and the development of corporate financial planning;
- Stay current with changes in accounting standards, financial regulations, and relevant legislation.
- Participate in ESG reporting
- Other ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate, private equity or asset management highly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive financial leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- CPA or equivalent professional qualification is essential.
- Knowledge of IFRS
