Role Overview
We are seeking to speak to highly analytical and detail-oriented Equity Research Analysts. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about investing in public markets from a private equity approach, with a strong ability to interpret complex data and communicate actionable investment ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research on companies, sectors, and macroeconomic trends
- Build and maintain financial models to forecast company performance
- Produce detailed equity research reports with clear BUY/SELL/HOLD recommendations
- Collaborate with portfolio managers and other analysts to support investment decisions
- Monitor market developments and adjust recommendations accordingly
- Attend earnings calls, industry conferences, and engage with company management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (CFA designation or progress toward it is a plus)
- 3-10 years of experience in equity research or investment analysis
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
