Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management (Core Focus)
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing exchange participants
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with liquidity providers and liquidity takers
- Ensure participants receive consistent, high-quality support across platform usage, operational queries, and execution-related topics
- Proactively monitor client satisfaction and engagement, addressing issues before they escalate
Account Maintenance & Retention
- Support ongoing participant retention and stability
- Ensure clients are well-informed on platform updates, rule changes, and operational enhancements
- Coordinate issue resolution across internal teams (Market Ops, Technology, Product, Compliance)
Cross‑Selling & Opportunity Identification
- Identify natural cross‑selling opportunities within the existing client base (e.g. new instruments, protocols, order types, or connectivity options)
- Partner with product or commercial teams to introduce relevant solutions based on client usage patterns and needs
- Support adoption of new features without direct sales pressure or revenue targets
Platform & Market Expertise
- Develop and maintain strong expertise in the exchange's FX market structure, trading protocols, order matching, and execution workflows
- Help clients optimize their interaction with the platform, including connectivity, APIs, and trading behavior
- Serve as a knowledgeable advisor on best practices for electronic FX execution on an exchange venue
