They are recognized as one of the most influential data insight providers, and continuing to grow with backing from leading PE investors. The team is looking for a Director to join their Corporate Strategy group who will be able to help define and accelerate the company's growth trajectory.
The Director of Corporate Strategy will be responsible for:
- Driving the corporate strategy and long-term growth initiatives, partnering closely with executive leadership.
- Leading strategic projects including market expansion, portfolio optimization, business transformation, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborating across business units to ensure strategic priorities are aligned with overall company objectives.
- Supporting corporate development activities, including M&A, partnerships, and strategic investments.
- Building business cases, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, and developing recommendations for senior leadership.
- Preparing executive- and board-level presentations on key strategic initiatives and business performance.
The Director of Corporate Strategy should have:
- 5+ years of strategy experience, including 2+ years with a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
- MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in consumer products, retail, analytics, software, business intelligence, or related industries preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, financial modeling, and data analysis capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience evaluating strategic transactions, including M&A, partnerships, or joint ventures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives and boards.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
