Für ein etabliertes, international aufgestelltes Familienunternehmen im Münsterland suche ich aktuell einen Director Finance (m/w/d) Real Estate.
In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernehmen Sie die kaufmännische Gesamtverantwortung für den Immobilienbereich und agieren als Sparringspartner für Management, Investoren und weitere Stakeholder. Neben der Steuerung von Accounting, Controlling, Reporting und Finanzierung gestalten Sie aktiv die Weiterentwicklung der Finanzorganisation sowie strategische Immobilien- und Investitionsentscheidungen.
Ihre Schwerpunkte:
✅ Verantwortung für Finance, Accounting & Controlling im Real-Estate-Umfeld
✅ Steuerung von Budget-, Forecast- und Reporting-Prozessen
✅ Finanzierung, Liquiditätsmanagement und Bankenkommunikation
✅ Business Partner für Geschäftsführung und Management
✅ Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Teams und Prozessen
✅ Gestaltung von Wachstums-, Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekten
Ihr Profil:
✔ Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Finance-Umfeld
✔ Fundierte Kenntnisse in HGB, Reporting, Controlling und Finanzierung
✔ Erfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft, Real Estate, Asset Management oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld von Vorteil
✔ Unternehmerische Denkweise und hohe strategische Kompetenz
