Direct Customer Sales Rep
An innovative InsurTech firm is hiring a Direct Customer Success Representative to join its growing team focused on transforming how property insurance is delivered to landlords and property owners.
About the Role:
This is a hybrid position based in downtown Chicago (3 days/week in office), supporting the direct sales team by managing inbound customer inquiries and ensuring a smooth post-sale experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, emails, and chats from direct customers
- Support sales reps with policy servicing, billing inquiries, and coverage guidance
- Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and change requests
- Help customers navigate digital tools and platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate feedback and improve service
Requirements:
- Must have Illinois Property & Casualty license (required)
- 1-3 years of experience, ideally from an agency background
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfort with CRMs and cloud-based tools
