Overview:
A leading global financial institution is seeking an experienced Delta One Trader to join its Equities Trading team in London. This is a high-impact role focused on managing and expanding the firm's Delta One trading activities across European markets, with a strong emphasis on client flow, risk management, and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage trading strategies across Delta One products, including equity swaps, ETFs, custom baskets, and index futures.
  • Drive client engagement by providing liquidity, pricing, and bespoke solutions tailored to institutional needs.
  • Collaborate with sales, structuring, and quant teams to develop and refine trade ideas and product offerings.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and risk exposures to ensure optimal trading performance.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Delta One franchise through strategic initiatives and cross-asset collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Delta One or equity derivatives trading, with a strong track record of performance.
  • Deep understanding of equity markets, synthetic products, and associated risks.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; familiarity with trading systems and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative trading environment.
