Credit Quantitative Developer
My client, a leading hedge fund, is seeking a Quantitative Developer to join their Credit Engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work on projects that will drive transformative change for their global credit business, which focuses on relative value investments, structured products, and credit derivatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build frameworks for large-scale compute workloads on cloud platforms with efficient data access
- Enhance algorithms, data feeds, and microservices for real-time pricing of credit assets
- Develop models and distributed systems to manage risk across diverse credit and fixed income portfolios
- Deliver full-stack software solutions and decision-support tools for portfolio managers
Qualifications:
- Strong coding skills in Python and/or C++
- Solid Computer Science fundamentals and problem-solving ability
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and highly motivated
- Interest in financial products and markets (finance experience is a plus, not required)
- 3+ YOE
