Credit Analyst (Software/Semiconductors) - CLO Platform
A leading, large-scale CLO platform is expanding its Software/Semis-focused credit underwriting team. This is a high-impact role supporting portfolio construction and ongoing credit underwriting across new issue and secondary investments, with direct exposure to portfolio managers, trading, and the broader structured credit platform.
This role is well suited for an analyst looking to deepen software sector expertise while gaining hands-on experience within an active CLO platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Underwrite and monitor software issuers across leveraged loans
- Produce clear, investment-ready credit views for Portfolio Managers and Trading
- Support portfolio construction and lifecycle management across multiple CLO vehicles
- Evaluate and monitor compliance with CLO documentation constraints and portfolio tests
- Assist with CLO capital markets activity, including refinancings and resets
Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of relevant credit experience
- Current or recent coverage of software companies within leveraged loans and/or high yield bonds
- Background from an investment bank credit research team or buyside credit platform
- Strong fundamental credit skills with the ability to communicate complex situations clearly and concisely
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced investment environment
- Bachelor's degree required
