About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled C++ Developer to contribute to the development and enhancement of our multi-asset trading infrastructure. This role involves close collaboration with traders, quantitative researchers, and senior engineers to deliver robust and scalable trading solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and refine proprietary trading systems that operate across various asset classes and global markets
- Partner with trading and quantitative teams to implement and support new trading strategies
- Analyze existing workflows and propose improvements to development, deployment, and operational processes
- Take ownership of core system components and work alongside senior technical leadership
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize system performance and scalability
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of professional experience in software development
- Proficiency in C++ programming
- Working knowledge of Python and Bash scripting
- Experience with trading platforms or financial systems is advantageous
- Strong self-motivation and eagerness to learn
- Comfortable adapting quickly in a fast-paced, feedback-oriented environment
