The company is seeking a Strategic Finance/Corp Dev Associate to join its expanding finance team. This is a highly visible role that offers significant exposure to executive leadership and broad responsibility across strategic finance, corporate development, long-range planning, capital allocation, and business analytics.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the company's integrated financial model, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial performance analysis, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Build pricing, profitability, and unit economics models to support key commercial decisions
- Evaluate M&A opportunities through valuation analysis, financial modeling, and diligence support
- Analyze strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and investment opportunities
- Support capital allocation decisions and strategic initiatives across the organization
- Prepare board materials, investor presentations, and executive reporting packages
- Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and Commercial teams to support business planning and decision-making
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategic finance
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, valuation, and financial analysis
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Demonstrated interest in technology, industrial innovation, or high-growth businesses
