The ideal candidate will be:
- A seasoned commodities PM with 4+ years trading within their specific niche (e.g., energy, ags, metals, spreads, optionality, etc.).
- Able to demonstrate a consistent annual PnL of $5M+ with a robust, explainable trading process.
- Comfortable operating within a multi-strat ecosystem while maintaining independent risk and portfolio oversight.
