I'm working with a boutique financial services firm in Boca Raton, FL that is looking to add a Client Service Associate to their team. This is a hybrid role supporting high-net-worth clients with accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, delivering timely, high-quality service.
- Maintain client records and coordinate onboarding, bill pay, and investment activity.
- Reconcile accounts, review general ledger activity, and validate invoices.
- Support tax calendar management and review tax forms.
- Onboard clients to a proprietary wealth portal and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare customized financial reports, budgets, and cash flow analyses.
Ideal Background:
- 2-3 years of experience in financial services.
- Familiarity with trusts, general ledger accounting, and alternative investments.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a client-first mindset.
