Client Service Associate
We are currently partnering with a global investment management firm to hire a Client Service Associate to join their Singapore team.
In this role, you will work closely with senior sales professionals to support the firm's expansion across Asia. You will gain exposure to a diverse client base, while supporting business development, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution throughout the client lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior sales professionals in driving client engagement and business growth across the wealth channel
- Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing content
- Assist with RFPs, due diligence requests, and coordination with global teams
- Conduct market research and track competitor and industry developments
- Support client onboarding, reporting, and ongoing servicing while monitoring sales pipeline and business activity
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support or client servicing within asset management, banking, or financial services
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Morningstar Direct, or similar platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
