About the Associate Role:
We are partnered with a fast-growing platform focused on GPU deployment, infrastructure financing, and institutional capital formation. The team is building a market-leading investment platform with a multi-hundred-million-dollar pipeline and a significant near-term deployment schedule.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and a passion for infrastructure, capital markets, and emerging AI-driven asset classes. You'll support financings, investor engagement, and strategic initiatives across the platform.
The Associate will be responsible for:
- Build and maintain detailed financial models related to GPU deployments and investment opportunities.
- Support capital raising efforts, debt financings, and strategic initiatives from initial structuring through execution.
- Assist in managing relationships with investors, lenders, and financing partners.
- Contribute to fund operations, including SPVs and potential new fund launches.
- Prepare investment materials, presentations, and internal documentation for stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance platform growth and capital formation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, investment banking, or a related field
- Experience in asset-heavy sectors (data centers, GPU infrastructure, energy, or similar) preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and presentation development
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- High ownership mindset with comfort operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments
