Business Intelligence Lead
We are supporting a well‑established organisation in the European market that is undergoing a major modernization of its data landscape. To strengthen its IT & Data division, we are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Lead who enjoys combining strategic direction, architectural thinking, and hands‑on delivery.
Your Mission
As the BI Team Lead, you will play a central role in shaping how the organisation uses data. Your work will influence reporting, analytics, governance, and the future data strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated BI team while fostering a modern, collaborative working culture.
- Develop and implement a forward‑looking Data Warehouse strategy including roadmap and ongoing optimisation.
- Build and further evolve data domains, governance structures, and internal awareness for responsible data usage.
- Drive the development of an organisation‑wide reporting system
- Identify and implement AI/ML‑based use cases
Your Profile
- Several years of leadership experience within BI, Data, or Analytics environments.
- Proven experience designing, building, and operating Data Warehouse architectures.
- Solid understanding of Data Governance, analytics, and domain‑driven data structures.
- Working experience with agile project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- First hands‑on exposure to Machine Learning, NLP, or predictive modelling is a plus.
- Fluent German
