We're partnered with a leading quantitative investment and technology firm that is building out a new generation of AI-powered tooling and looking to hire an AI Engineer to help drive the initiative.
This is a highly hands-on role focused on identifying real business problems and building AI-driven solutions that improve how engineers, researchers, and domain experts work. Rather than conducting pure AI research, you'll design and deploy production-grade systems that leverage modern LLMs, agents, and workflow automation to create measurable impact.
What You'll Work On
- Agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows
- Internal copilots and knowledge assistants
- Workflow automation and AI-powered productivity tools
- RAG applications and retrieval systems
- LLM integrations and business-facing AI solutions
- Developer tooling and internal platforms
- End-to-end AI product development from concept to production
Required:
- BS or higher from a top-tier academic institution in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Expert-level Python development experience
- Experience building and deploying AI applications in production
- Hands-on work with agents, LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, RAG, or similar frameworks
- Experience partnering with stakeholders to solve business problems through technology
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of projects from idea to delivery
- Excellent communication skills
