The company is seeking a strategic and innovative Vice President of Property Claims & Material Damage to lead national claims operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Claims Officer, this executive will be responsible for transforming claims strategy and execution across both personal and commercial lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for national material damage and property claims.
- Align claims operations with underwriting risk appetite and corporate objectives.
- Drive innovation through automation, AI, and advanced analytics to reduce cycle times, combat fraud, and improve recovery outcomes.
- Utilize performance metrics, regulatory frameworks, and industry benchmarks to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Champion a data-informed claims experience that improves customer satisfaction and retention.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in complex claims environments.
- Proven cross-functional leadership and strategic thinking.
- Strong track record of driving transformation and measurable impact.
- Experience across personal and/or commercial lines-flexibility on background mix
