現在弊社にて、 Tier 1 外資系ヘッジファンド日本株専門チームにおける香港勤務・日本株アナリストの採用をご支援しております。
同チームを率いるポートフォリオ・マネージャー様は、当ファンドにて15年以上にわたり安定したトラックレコードを有しており、現在は日本株専門チームにてアナリスト５名を統括しています。日本株フォーカスとしては業界トップクラスとなる数十億米ドル規模のブックを運用しており、今後のさらなる運用規模拡大を見据えた増員の一環として、新たに日本株アナリストを募集しております。
業務内容
- 日本株のファンダメンタルリサーチ（セクター不問）
- ロング／ショート双方での投資アイデア創出
- 財務分析、バリュエーション、モデル構築
- PMへの投資提案
運用スタイル
- Long / Short 戦略（ロング重視）
- 投資期間は主に 6〜18か月
- ペアトレードに加え、アルファ創出を目的としたショートアイデアにも積極的
- 一定のベータリスクを許容し、比較的広いドローダウンを前提とした戦略
応募要件
- 株式調査経験２年以上（セルサイド／バイサイド）
- 日本株に関する高い分析力およびファンダメンタル理解
- 投資アイデアを論理的かつ明確に伝えられるコミュニケーション能力
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
