Senior Sales - Derivatives
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales professional to lead a team in Amsterdam. This strategic role involves driving client engagement, revenue growth, and market development across derivatives trading, ETFs, and clearing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Amsterdam sales team.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Dutch clients, ensuring strong collaboration with other market sales teams.
- Drive new business acquisition aligned with strategic objectives and revenue targets.
- Develop and refine sales strategies to strengthen relationships with buy-side and sell-side institutions.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance client offerings for derivatives (including ETFs) and clearing solutions.
- Work with marketing to deliver impactful campaigns and events supporting growth in the Netherlands and Germany.
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in financial sales with strong networks among Dutch market participants.
- 10+ years in origination and revenue generation roles.
- Broad product knowledge across equities, fixed income, ETFs, commodities, and clearing.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and convert opportunities into revenue.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership and strategic planning.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with attention to detail and strategic vision.
- Native Dutch speaker.
- Commercially driven, collaborative, and customer-focused with a results-oriented mindset.
