What You'll Do
- Identify and attract new clients aligned with our value proposition
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow your book of business
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and serve as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and client support
- Stay informed on industry trends and compliance requirements
What We're Looking For
- Active health insurance license (required)
- Proven success in employee benefits sales (GC/level-funded/self-funded experience preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals
- Self-motivated with a passion for growth and client success
