Position Overview:
The Vice President will serve as a key leader on the investment team, responsible for quarterbacking deals from initial diligence through execution and post-close value creation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and portfolio company management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all aspects of deal execution, including diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring.
  • Develop investment theses and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including legal, accounting, and operational advisors, to drive transactions to close.
  • Partner with portfolio company leadership to implement strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and support exit planning and execution.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.
Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field, with a strong track record of deal execution.
  • Deep understanding of the software and tech-enabled services sectors.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
