We are partnering with a top-tier Middle Market investment bank in San Francisco and Minneapolis to support the expansion of its Consumer Group. The firm is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient VP to join its high-performing team. Known for its strong leadership, deep industry relationships, and consistent execution across Consumer transactions, this group is an ideal home for candidates looking to deepen their expertise in one of the most dynamic sectors in global finance.
The VP will play a key role in deal execution, financial analysis, client communications, and strategic advisory efforts. The position provides significant career development potential and direct exposure to high-profile clients and landmark deals.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of investment banking experience, preferably in M&A or Consumer coverage.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, LBO analysis, and deal structuring.
- Experience preparing pitch books, CIMs, board materials, and management presentations.
- Solid foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong executive presence.
