Role Overview
As a Vice President, you will lead transaction execution, manage client relationships, and mentor junior team members. This role is ideal for an experienced banker who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving growth in the Industrials and Consumer & Retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and execute M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions within Industrials and Consumer & Retail.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across these sectors.
- Oversee financial analysis, due diligence, and deal structuring.
- Guide and develop analysts and associates within the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of investment banking experience.
- Proven track record in deal execution and client management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of Industrials and Consumer & Retail markets.
