About the Opportunity
An established healthcare-focused investment banking team is seeking a Vice President to support the execution of M&A, strategic advisory, and capital raising transactions. The team advises physician practices, management services organizations (MSOs), and other healthcare services businesses across a highly active sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of sell-side, buy-side, and capital-raising transactions.
- Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses, CIMs, management presentations, and client materials.
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with clients, investors, and third-party advisors.
- Build relationships with healthcare executives, physician groups, private equity firms, and strategic acquirers.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to new client opportunities.
- Oversee Analysts and Associates, ensuring high-quality work product and professional development.
- Monitor industry trends and provide strategic insights to clients and senior bankers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of investment banking experience.
- Significant transaction execution experience across M&A and capital raising engagements.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Prior healthcare services, physician services, healthcare IT, or broader healthcare sector experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple live transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong client-facing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, or similar credentials are a plus.
Compensation: $150,000 base with quarterly bonuses and strong total compensation
