Overview
We are partnering with a Boutique Middle Market Investment Bank headquartered in Florida that is seeking to add an experienced Managing Director to its Equity Capital Markets (ECM) platform.
The firm advises public and private companies on capital formation and strategic financing initiatives and is looking to expand its ECM franchise. Supported by an experienced execution team and entrepreneurial culture, this opportunity offers the ability to drive revenue, deepen client relationships, and play a meaningful role in the firm's continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Originate and execute ECM transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, PIPEs, registered direct offerings, and private placements.
- Develop relationships with corporate executives, boards, private equity sponsors, institutional investors, and family offices.
- Advise clients on capital raising strategies and financing alternatives.
- Lead transaction execution from engagement through closing.
- Partner with industry coverage bankers to identify new opportunities.
- Mentor junior banking professionals and contribute to firm growth.
Qualifications
- Current Managing Director within Equity Capital Markets, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking.
- Proven track record of originating and executing equity financing transactions.
- Established network of corporate issuers, investors, and financial sponsors.
- Experience leading IPOs, follow-on offerings, PIPEs, registered direct offerings, and private placements.
- Strong business development, leadership, and client management skills.
