Company Summary: We're currently partnered with a premier global investment bank with a longstanding reputation for advising middle-market and growth-oriented companies, is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join its Supply Chain & Commercial Services team in either Charlotte or Chicago.
This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded platform known for its collaborative culture, strong deal flow, and commitment to developing talent. The team advises leading private equity firms, founder-owned businesses, and strategic acquirers across a broad range of supply chain, industrial services, distribution, logistics, and commercial services sectors.
The Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for:
- Execute M&A, sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising transactions
- Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses, and client presentation materials
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with clients, buyers, investors, and advisors
- Play a meaningful role in client interactions and business development initiatives
- Mentor and oversee analysts while working closely with senior bankers throughout the deal lifecycle
The Investment Banking Associate should have:
- 3+ years of investment banking experience
- Strong experience working across sell side M&A transactions
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution skills
- Experience leading workstreams and managing junior team members
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Demonstrated interest in supply chain, industrial, logistics, distribution, or commercial services sectors is a plus
